WARRANTY POLICY

For hygiene reasons and because they are personal use items, exchanges or returns are not accepted for intimate apparel such as boxer shorts, thongs, briefs, jockstraps, swim trunks or stockings. (Consumer Statute Law 1480).

That said, please note the following policies for processing an exchange, return, or cancellation:

Return due to quality issues:

In accordance with the provisions of the Colombian Consumer Statute, www.x2underwear.com will accept repairs and returns of purchased products that are defective from the factory and/or whose deficiency in their quality makes them unsuitable for their intended use.

The items you are going to exchange must be in perfect condition, with the tags still on and in their original packaging.

The product must be returned to the company in the same condition in which you received it to the following address: Cr 48 A # 50 sur -118 Sabaneta, Antioquia

The company will cover the transportation costs and any other expenses related to the return.


MODA X2 SAS will have ten (10) business days to process exchanges and fifteen (15) business days for refunds, which will be counted from the moment the Customer makes the item available for the legal warranty claim. For any cases not covered by Law 1480 of 2011 or Decree 735 of 2013, MODA X2 SAS will process the transaction within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of the returned product by the buyer, but there will be no compensation, interest, or other payments due to the buyer.

To process a warranty claim, please contact us by phone at 316 629 7386 or 322 654 6772, by email at x2ropainterior@gmail.com, or by visiting this website, clicking on the "PQR" link, and completing the PQR form. You must describe the problem you experienced with the product and provide supporting documentation such as photographs and information that will allow for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the defect. Once this initial diagnosis is complete, MODA X2 SAS will contact you through the same method used to submit the claim, explaining the next steps.

Cases that exclude the warranty:

  • The warranty period has expired and/or the period has expired according to the indicated period of eight (8) days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • Improper use and/or failure to follow instructions for proper use and maintenance of the product.
  • Signs of misuse, tampering, or alteration not authorized by MODA X2 SAS
  • Improper washing or cleaning that damages the product.
  • Natural wear and tear or deterioration of the product due to time of use.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to unsuitable and aggressive environments, such as excessive humidity, heat, coastal salinity, or chemical compounds.
  • Repairs at service centers NOT authorized by MODA X2 SAS. Force majeure or unforeseen event.

Right of Withdrawal

For outerwear only. In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by law 1480 art. 47, the maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days counted from the delivery of the goods to the address registered at the time of purchase.

The product must be returned to the company in the same condition in which you received it to the following address: Cr 48 A # 50 sur -118 Sabaneta, Antioquia

The consumer will be responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with the return. If all the aforementioned conditions are met, MODA X2 SAS will refund the full amount paid, without any deductions or withholdings.

The refund of money in exercise of the Right of Withdrawal will be made no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.

To process the refund, you need to send all the documentation that Customer Service requests according to the refund method.

PAYMENT REVERSAL

Payment reversals apply only to purchases made through the website. To request a refund, the request must meet the following requirements:

The request must correspond to one of the reasons indicated below, and said reason must be reported at the time of making the request:

  • When I had been the victim of fraud.
  • When it corresponds to an unsolicited transaction.
  • When the purchased product is not delivered within the 30 calendar day period.
  • When the product received does not correspond to the one purchased, or it does not meet the specifications provided about it.
  • When the product received is found to be defective.

When a purchase includes multiple products, a partial refund may be requested for those products for which any of the aforementioned reasons apply. When requesting a partial refund, the request must clearly state the amount for which the refund is being requested, which must correspond to the value of the product or products for which the reason applies.

A formal written complaint must be submitted via email to x2ropainterior@gmail.com. Once the request is received, you will be sent the steps to follow to make the reversal.

When making the request, you must: indicate the amount for which the reversal is requested, and identify the bank account, credit card or payment instrument to which the transaction was charged.

The payment reversal request must be submitted within five (5) business days after becoming aware of the situation that motivates the payment reversal. Within this same period, the holder of the payment method must notify the issuer of the payment instrument used for the purchase, complying with the requirements indicated in article 2.2.2.51.7 of decree 1074 of 2015.

When submitting your request, you must indicate the location where the item was received—when applicable depending on the reason for the claim—for collection purposes, or send it to the MODA X2 SAS facilities located at Carrera 48 A # 50 sur -118 in the city of Sabaneta, Antioquia . After submitting your claim, our advisors will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Once the origin of the reversal has been verified and the requirements already indicated have been met, the participants in the payment process have a term of fifteen (15) business days to make the reversal effective.

If the payment is reversed by the issuer of the payment instrument and the supplier has also directly refunded the price paid, the customer must return the funds directly to the supplier.

The purchase information will be permanently charged to the customer when an administrative or judicial decision is issued against them determining that a reversal is not possible. In such cases, the customer will also be responsible for all costs incurred for the reversal. Furthermore, bad faith on the part of the seller is proven.

For the client, the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce may impose fines of up to fifty (50) current legal monthly minimum wages (SMMLV).

PQR's

All website users have the right to submit requests, complaints, claims, or suggestions. To do so, they must select the "PQR" option or send an email to x2ropainterior@gmail.com and submit the PQR. MODA X2 SAS advisors will address the request and respond within a maximum of 48 hours.

Before submitting a complaint, please remember:

Petition: A respectful request related to the service purchased.

Complaint: Dissatisfaction or disagreement with the service or attention provided by any official of MODA X2 SAS or the provision of the service acquired.

Complaint: An expression in which one requests reconsideration, clarification, or review of a situation with which one is dissatisfied.

Suggestion: An insinuation, proposal, or idea expressed in favor of improving a process or service.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER PRODUCT STORAGE

  • Wash the product in a washing machine with a gentle wash cycle.
  • Do not use a dryer to dry or dehumidify the product.
  • Do not dry the product in direct sunlight.
  • Do not leave the product soaking.
  • Do not use bleach or powdered detergents, or detergents containing stain removers, to wash the product.
  • Do not soak the product with other garments.
