Shipping policy
The delivery time starts counting from the moment payment is confirmed. Please note that if payment is made through correspondents and/or other agreements, confirmation may take up to one business day.
Coverage: MODA X2 SAS delivers nationwide; however, there are some areas where the courier service does not operate. Orders are delivered to the address requested by the customer, provided the destination is within the service area and has a street name and address.
Delivery times: Once payment is confirmed, depending on product availability, shipments will be made within 10 business days for major cities. For other cities, it may take up to 15 business days. Shipments are made Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Courier companies: The product will be sent through partner transport and courier companies, guaranteeing security and coverage so that the customer receives their products in optimal condition and in the shortest possible time.
Order tracking: Once the purchase is approved, the customer can request the tracking number via WhatsApp. This tracking number allows them to track the order and view the shipping status.
Purchase and Pick Up: If the customer lives in Medellín or the metropolitan area, they can pick up their order at MODA X2 SAS's facilities. To do so, the customer must go to our factory once they receive the confirmation. They must bring their ID and proof of purchase. The customer has up to 8 business days to pick up the order; after this period, availability is not guaranteed.
CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Orders placed with cash on delivery that are not successfully delivered for reasons beyond the carrier's control will be returned to MODA X2 SAS 's facilities. For subsequent orders, the consumer will not be able to use the cash on delivery service and must pay the total amount of the order through the channels enabled for this process.

If the customer does not find their city in the table, the shipping price will be FOURTEEN THOUSAND COLOMBIAN PESOS ($14,000)
Once the order has been received, the customer must ensure that it is in optimal condition; otherwise, they must inform the carrier of the reason why they wish to return the product.
Things to keep in mind:
If the address provided by the customer has changed and a new shipment needs to be generated, the customer must assume this shipping cost.
If the delivery failed, and the customer notifies us before the product is returned to the city of origin, it can be rescheduled. If the product has already been returned, a new shipment must be scheduled.
When the shipping error is our responsibility or the carrier's, we assume the additional costs.
